    WHAT IS FIRST SERVICE DOUBLES?

    This innovative tennis game is designed for people (18+) who experience Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and their service dogs. It provides a fun way to create rapport between your human opponent, your dog, and most importantly, your fellow teammates!

    Tennis Instructors for Youth and Adult

    Start Date: June 14, 2021

    End Date: July 30, 2021

    Salary - $12.00 hour

    Hours of work: 9 am to noon Youth, 9 am to 3 pm Youth,

    5 pm to 8:20 pm Adult

    Total hours per week 15 to 30

    Tennis experience a must

    Hey high school players!! USTA Wisconsin has created a competitive destination event for players ages 14 – 18 featuring three different court surfaces, grass, clay and hard. This is a team event using the World Team Tennis continuous play, timed format. Join as an individual, with a friend or bring a team of 5-6 players. Choose one event or all three. Maximum of six teams per date.

    GRASS: 6/26, 2-4 pm, Sand Valley Resort, Nekoosa Wimbledunes Jr Team Tournament

    CLAY: 7/2, 3-7pm, Cherokee Country Club, Madison Badger Classic Jr Team Tournament
    HARD: 8/7, 10am – 2pm, Green Bay Tennis Center Green Bay Packer Classic Jr Team Tournament
    Cost: $40 per date/All 3 dates paid in advance receive $20 gift card

    USTA account required. USTA Covid safety recommendations will be followed.

    Team Size: 6: Gender Neutral. Individuals will be placed on a team by the coordinator.

    Skill Level: JTT intermediate. Jr rating of 3.4 or below.

    Champion & Finalist prizes each date. Names of players attending all 3 dates will be placed into a drawing for a new Wilson racquet.

    Congratulations to our very own Ryan Denu for winning the Rollie Mueller President's Award. The Rollie Mueller President’s Award has been established by the Wisconsin USTA district to recognize “commitment to excellence in the development, supervision or administration of a program or activity that motivates and serves the interests of tennis and tennis players.”
